Established in 1963 by the late Mr AJ Wait (former chairman of Crystal Palace Football Club and AJ WAIT Ltd
major house builders in the 1950/60’s) the company is based in Tadworth Surrey. Having spent 25 years of
house building for other major developers like British Land, South Bank Homes, Antler Homes, Bellway Homes and
the Sussex Group; we now predominantly develop for ourselves.

We are a privately owned, well established organisation offering homes of high quality from one bedroom apartments
to 4/5 bedroom detached luxury housing. We specialise in 1-15 unit bespoke sites traditionally constructed in either
brick & block masonry or timber frame. We directly employ many of our own tradesmen or use a highly skilled team of
contractors many of whom have worked for us for over 20 years. All our homes are individually designed and not just
standard house types like many of our competitors.
