We are always looking for potential sites within a 30 mile radius of our offices in Tadworth, Surrey. This encompasses Surrey, Sussex, South London and Kent. We obtain our land through either Land Agents, individuals or companies who contact us having seen one of our previous developments or through the website. Following an enquiry we have immediate access to the Promap land registry system and can evaluate any site for both its planning potential (if approval has not already been granted) and thereafter its market value following extensive research and market appraisal.




	We welcome enquires for any suitable sites with or without planning approval and generally can respond within a week with a definite offer if the site is of interest and suits our portfolio. If the site does not have planning approval we can offer the option to purchase the land subject to planning deals. We do build out the units ourselves so generally we can be more competitive on land values than other developers as our construction costs are lower.
